Quinn

Quinn is Stackpoint's scheduling assistant, an AI that finds meeting times for Stackpoint team members and the people they meet with. If Quinn wrote to you, a Stackpoint team member asked it to: it proposes times from their calendar, sends the calendar invite once a time is agreed, and moves or cancels it when plans change. Every message from Quinn is signed as coming from an AI assistant.

What Quinn uses

• The Stackpoint team member's Google Calendar, to find open times and put the meeting on it.
• Their contacts, only when they have connected them, to turn a name into an email address or phone number.
• The email thread or text conversation it was brought into, to reply in it.
